Steve is a professional negotiator, property strategist and licenced Real Estate Agent who has successfully negotiated more than 3000 transactions from one bedroom units to multilevel apartment blocks and renovated over 100 properties adding massive value and also substantially increasing rental yields. It is this level of experience that provides confidence in Steve’s ability to find a suitable property and negotiate a great deal.

A qualified radiographer and sonographer, he got into the workforce pretty much straight away, and a minor back injury while working at Liverpool Hospital got him thinking that there needs to be more security around his income, so he started educating himself on investments in shares and property, and the principles of business.
In 1999, he bought his first investment property, and from implementing what he was learning from the books, his mentors and the numerous seminars he and his wife attended, has gone on to, over the two decades, buy multiple investment properties each year, and constantly adjusting his portfolio in line with his goals and the market, to controlling a multi-million dollar portfolio.
In 2001, he left his secure job as a sonographer, and started Right Group, where he started helping his clients achieve results in line with their own goals, using property as the vehicle.
He has undertaken practically all the strategies being highlighted in seminars and books, except multi-storey developments, and has over time, created a simple yet effective strategy that weathers the different market conditions to deliver proven results time and time again for his clients.
Having invested so heavily himself, and still investing in todays market, his guidance is based on what works today for your particular situation and how to surmount hurdles that will come your way, as he has the hindsight of having made every mistake there is in property investing in the early years, so that you don’t have to go through the agony.
He is now a sought after speaker at seminars, and has been running his fortnightly education event at Parramatta Rydges since 2009 with his business partner Steve Waters, to audiences that are just starting to evaluate his services to those that now control 20 plus investment properties thanks to Victor and his team. Since then Glenn has sought out many forms of education in property investing and has tried many property investment strategies over the years, which have ignited his passion for property investing.
Glenn became a client of Right Property Group in 2011 and began building a property portfolio using their services while working a full time job in IT.
Being a goal oriented person, Glenn was very much focused achieving his goals using the investment strategy he had implemented using Right Property Group services and within 3 years had accumulated 14 properties.
A change in Glenn’s employment situation in mid-2014 came as a blessing in disguise, when Right Property Group directors Victor Kumar and Steve Waters asked him to come on board as the Property Investment Strategist in early 2015.

Beginning his career as a professional musician & guitar teacher in schools, Mark soon realised that this would not be enough to support his young family, this along with health issues in the family lead Mark to “Get a haircut & a real job”. The “Real Job” began when he started looking for property deals and getting paid a spotters fee, and before too long he was offered a position as buyers agent from small niche company.
Mark first met Steve Waters competing against him at an auction as the only other bidder for a 3 bed house in Logan Central, the property sold for $170,500 on the day and it remains a secret as to who won the auction that day.

Aaron began his career as a journalist reporting for local newspapers before transitioning into public relations, most recently as an adviser to a federal senator.
He has always had a keen interest in property investing and became a client of Right Property Group in 2010. Since then, he has built a substantial portfolio and along the way has progressed from property enthusiast to property tragic!

Tonischea has recently had her first child, a son named “Kyren” in May 2017 and is on maternity leave.
Tonischea was previously a leasing officer in commercial leasing for 3 years.

Jade graduated from Cherrybrook Technology High School in 2013 and also gained her Certificate III in Business Administration at Hornsby TAFE in parallel with completing her HSC.
Her previous experience involves working in a busy nursery operating the cash register, and assisting in a child care centre, this experience gives her the customer services skills necessary to be able to quickly and efficiently deal with requests.
